A.E.Y.L. inspires the achievement of success and importance of setting goals through our Core ‘4’ Programs: Mentoring, Academics, Athletics and Community Service. A.E.Y.L. is dedicated to building the society and molding our youth for the future demonstrating true ethics of LEADERSHIP.
The R.D.C.,Jr. Academic Excellence Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school seniors planning to enroll in an institution of higher learning in the fall of high school graduation year and continuing college students up to the sophomore level that maintain a minimum of a 2.5 G.P.A.
With your support, AEYL will acquire reliable transportation for support teens going and coming; which is very important when supporting families of household with little to no transportation means. To date, AEYL accommodates 100+ teens in getting them where they need to be and on time.
Employing teens with the ambition to gain on-the-job training; including, but not limited to, entrepreneurship, office management, executive assisting, etc.
